She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Fleming and Flora Fleming; and her siblings, Avery, Johnny, Alfred, Brook, George Lee Fleming and Lucille Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband Orris Jack Baker, Sr.; her children, Anthony Baker (Nyoka) of Portsmouth, VA, Angie Bailey of Greenbush, VA, Patricia Northan of Parksley, VA and Orris Baker, Jr. (Miranda) of Yorktown, VA; her siblings-in-law, Rosa Lee Bailey of Parksley, VA, Daisy Bailey of Parksley, VA, Francis West of Parksley, VA, Rachel Baker of Accomac, VA and Ross Bailey (Martha) of Parksley, VA; and her nieces, Barbara Hashim of Mount Holly, NJ and Mary White of Parksley, VA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
