He is survived by: his son Jerry Wayne Daisey (Sheri); his grandchildren, Austin, Andrew and Victoria Daisey; his daughter Carrie Daisey White (Bryan White); his grandson Bryan White Jr.; his great grandchild Amanda Johnson; his children, Koli and Riley; his stepson David Homa Sr. (Peggy Homa); his stepgrandchildren, David J Homa Jr. (Samantha Homa), Beth Homa Ross (John Ross), Christine Homa Mackey and Brian Mackey; his granddaughter Jessica Thornes (Woody); his great grandchildren, Jacob Ross, Lauren Ross, Taegan Homa, Timber Homa and Levi Thornes; and also, Emily and Sarah Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
