He is survived by: his children, Garrett Owen Fisher, Sydney Elisse Fisher, Gwenevere Lyn Fisher and Charlotte Eloise Fisher; his partner Mersadie Vasquez; his parents, Cindy Lambert (Tom) of Nassawadox, VA and John Fisher of Detour, MD; and his brothers, Justin Fisher (Jamie) of Clear Spring, Danny Lambert and Chris Lambert.
