We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Billye Sue Powers (Nassawadox, Virginia), born in Exmore, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Powers; and her parents, Charles Hopkins and Nellie Tucker Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Stewart Jenkins (Valerie) of Painter, VA and Angela Renee Marshall of Parksley, VA; and her sisters, Anne Gibbs of Virginia Beach, VA and Betsy Jester (Wayne) of Florida. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
