We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to William Ray Foley of Narrows, Virginia, born in Washington, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Foley and Margaret Christman Foley; his wife Sarah Ann Horton Foley; and his daughter Sarah Sowers. He is survived by: his daughter Maggie Lewis (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Crystal West, Lewis West III and Allison McGinty; and his great grandchildren, Alex Hammond, Gregory Pratt, Edward Hogan and Natalie West.

In Lieu of Flowers, it is Bill's wishes that any donations in his memory be given to the Rich Creek Volunteer Fire Department.
