With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Nelson of Narrows, Virginia, born in Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Blankenship and Nettie Blankenship Williams; and her siblings, Johnny Perdue, Bobby Williams, Eva Candler and Ilene McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Dalton L. Meredith (Earlene) of Pearisburg, Marlene Nettie Burkholder of Manassas and Judy Ann Gilbert (Brian) of Alexandria; and her grandchildren, Bobby George, Dawn Philpott, Emily Lewis, Lori Price, Michelle Higgs, Tyler Gilbert and Christopher Lewis. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
