He was predeceased by: his mother Freda Augustine Skidmore Robertson; his wife Frances Ann Hall Riley; his daughter Reneé Ann Riley; his siblings, Hylbert Vincent Riley and Jimmie Beth Robertson; his father Henry Marion Robertson; and his grandmother Amanda Myrtle Whaling Skidmore.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Paul Riley (Jessica), Bevin Olga Diamond (Jared Seth Diamond) of Byron, GA and Nicole Lea Andrews (William Andrews) of Byron, GA; his grandsons, Jared "Yadi" Seth Diamond II of Anthony, Paul Riley, Jr., Zachary Scott Paul Riley and Archie Isaac Diamond; and his siblings, John A. Riley (Brenda) of Narrows, VA, Michael L. Robertson (Paula) of Bluefield, WV, Patricia A. Winston (Donald) of Burning Springs, WV and D. Joseph Robertson (Elizabeth) of Narrows, VA. He is also survived by many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Great and Grand Nieces and Nephews.
