She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Byron Wilkinson and Kathryn Spencer Wilkinson; and her brother Byron "Pete" Wilkinson. She is survived by: her husband B. W. Rowland; her children, Keith Rowland (Kelly) of Blacksburg, VA and Karen Chang of Corpus Christi, TX; her grandchildren, Amanda Buckingham (Shanon), Rachael Chang, Kaitlyn Olsen and Ryan Chang; and her great grandchildren, Camden and Brodie Buckingham.
