It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wayne Frazier of Narrows, Virginia, born in Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Carrington Frazier and Mary Cline Hensley; his wife Linda Meredith Frazier; and his son Richard T. Cook. He is survived by: his children, Russell E. Cook (Martha T. Fernandez), Beach, Sonny W. Frazier (Tammy W.) of Narrows, Kristy A. Cook of Narrows and Bridget F. Newby (Russell W.) of Narrows; his grandchildren, Kandice F. Whittaker, Brittany C. Kane, Ricky T. Cook, William R. Cook, Elizabeth C. Sabo, Ryan M. Cook, Sydney J. Fields, Hailey G. Gillespie, Justin C. Cook, William H. Frazier, Laney N. Newby and Trey R. Frazier; and his siblings, Susan F. Reed (Jesse) of Stuart and Dreama Hale of Narrows. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Valley Fellowship Church (200 Roberta St, Narrows, VA 24124). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery (349 Riverside Ave, Narrows, VA 24124).
