She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Price and Kate Duncan Price; her daughters, Lisa Brumfield and Stephanie Campbell; her grandson Paul Clark; and her siblings, Dorothy Yearout, Harley Price, Temple Price and Jerry Lee Price.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Neice; her children, Paul Price, Tammy Reece and Angel Ratcliffe; her sister Joann Reed; her grandson Richard Ratcliffe III; and her brother Jerry Shepherd. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it was Phyllis' request that contributions be made to her daughter, Angel to assist with medical expenses.
