He is survived by: his wife Heather Sprouse Martin; his mother Brenda Runions Martin; his son Bryson Martin; his stepson Levi Sadler; his parents-in-law, Jenetta Sprouse and Allen (Anna Mae Sprouse); his niece Emilee Sprouse; his uncles, David Danforth and Jimmy; his aunt Janice Martin; his close friends, Matt Bailey, Kristie and Derrick Lang; and his friend Micheal.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Giles County Animal Shelter in honor of the love that Micheal had for all animals.
