He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Perkins and Hattie Maybell Blankenship Perkins; and his siblings, Wilson Perkins, Maggie Martin and Lucille Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Estep Perkins of Narrows; his children, Samantha "Nikki" McCraw (Marcus) of Newport, Kimberly "Kimmie" Perkins (Dillon) of Pearisburg and Michael Paul Perkins of Narrows; and his grandchildren, Riley, Baylee, Nova, Kaydyn, Nicole and Allie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
