He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Buford Williams, Sr. and Naomi Maude Stafford Williams; his wife Freeda Heslep Williams; and his siblings, Flora, Dorothy, Julia Ellen, Mozelle, Estelle, Roland, Paul and Odelle.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Williams, Sharon Mann (Michael) of Williamsburg, Margaret Williams (Abed Benzina) of Alexandria and Rodney Williams (Sue) of Belvidere, IL; his sister Mary Stella Williams of Mauldin, SC; and his caregivers, Judy Sadler, Angela Weatherly, Ashley Meredith and Michael Mullins. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter.
