She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Howard Clark and Tammy Michelle Price Cumbee; her sons, Ayden Scott Meredith of Narrows and Kolton Ryder Clark of Narrows; her siblings, Lora Jackson, Jessica Milam, Caley Dugan, Matthew McCoy, Emily Clark, Aleah Clark and Rayne Clark; her stepsiblings, Amanda Cumbee, Melissa Myers and Daniel Schetselaar; her stepparents, Amy Clark and Dennis Cumbee; and her grandfathers, Paul Hare and Eugene Neice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, an uncle and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made at the Celco Credit Union in Katie or Jeff's name to help with the funeral expenses.
