She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Paul Sr. and Dorothy Lucille Mann Jackson; her husband Lewyn Carlton "Lew" Gardner; and her siblings, Bernice Skelton, Edna Wills, Harry Paul "Bud" Jackson and Lloyd B. "Peanut" Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Matthew Gardner (Kim) of Pearisburg, VA and Sharon Gardner Young (Glenn) of Christiansburg, VA; her grandsons, Reagan Gardner Young and Caleb Gardner Young of Christiansburg, VA; her siblings, Elden "Eldie" Jackson (Doris) of Bozoo, WV, Donald "Don" Jackson (Donna) of Bozoo, WV and Anne "Annie" Thompson (Don) of Rich Creek, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Jackson of Bozoo, WV, Jane Gardner Coon (Bill) of Greensboro, NC and Judy Gardner Brown of Pearisburg, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the local VFW in Narrows or to the Hale's Chapel Methodist Church.
