He is survived by: his wife Billie Colleen Kelley; his brother Gene Kelley of Pearisburg; his children, Angela Kelley and Rusty Kelley; his daughter-in-law Jan Kelley; his grandchildren, Holly Guillot, Daniel Kelley, Lauren Kelley, Brenden Kelley and Emma Walker; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Kelley, Karsyn Kelley, Jackson Kelley, Ross Guillot, Zoe Guillot, Eva Theriault, Tobias Theriault and Theodore Kelley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Givens - Riffe Funeral Chapel (600 Main St, Narrows, VA 24124). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery (349 Riverside Ave, Narrows, VA 24124).
