She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee Wilburn, Jr. and Betty Lou Steele Wilburn; and her brothers, Troy Wilburn and Dewayne Wilburn. She is survived by: her significant other William Eugene Moser, Jr. of Narrows; her daughter Jennifer Nichole Webb of Canal Winchester, OH; and her grandson Edward Alexander Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Narrows Volunteer Fire Department.
