He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ford Sparks of Narrows; his sons, Joshua D. Sparks (Hannah Spicer) of Narrows, Andrew C. Sparks (Adrian) of Rich Creek and Daniel D. Sparks of Suffolk; his siblings, Rick Sparks of Roanoke, Gayle Miller (Albert) of Rocky Gap, Drema Tolley (Joe) of Narrows, Debbie Sikole (David) of Narrows and Della Raines of Christiansburg; his grandchildren, Cole Sparks, Scarlett Foley, Harper Foley, Silas Sparks, Ruby Sparks and Dandelion Sparks; and his cousin Roscoe "Boy" Sparks of Narrows.
