She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Vernon, Elsie Blankenship, Robert and Eva Candler; and her aunt Alma Whittaker.
She is survived by: her father Wayne Candler of Peterstown, WV; her children, Ashlyn, Leelyn Nelson and Maddox Dunn; her boyfriend Jason Dunn; her mother Linda Blankenship Stephens of Pearisburg; her brothers, Reggie Stephens, Wayne Dunn (Karissa) of Bozoo, WV and Jerry Candler (Tegan) of Winston Salem, NC; her uncle Danny Blankenship (Becky); her aunts, Mildred French of Christiansburg, VA and Yolanda Vickers (Jack) of South Carolina; and her cousins, Melissa Blankenship Weber (Matt), Hannah Blankenship, Chonita Williams (Chuck) and Andrew Whittaker.
While the family appreciates flowers, contributions may be made in Crystal's honor to assist in anyway for her children and to assist with medical costs with an account set up in her honor at Celco Credit Union.
