She was predeceased by: her parents, Butler Phillips and Cora Phillips; and her husband John Kinney Sr.. She is survived by: her son John Kinney Jr. (Eleanor) of Narrows; her sister Doris McGuffin of Oxford, Michigan; and her close friends, Angela Wilson and Becca Fleshman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
