We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2022, at the age of 87, Steve Jackson Phipps of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, born in Vienna, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve Phipps and Nannie Phipps; his brother-in-law Roland Sullivan; his grandson Ryan Phipps; his wife Nancy Bartlett Phipps; his sister Betty Jo Sullivan of Comers Rock; and his children, Lane Phipps (Beth), Zane Phipps (Laura), Teresa Nale (William) of Galax and Betsy Roberts (Mark) of Saltville. He was also cherished by two nephews; two nieces; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
