She is survived by: her spouse Charles March Kiser of Mouth; her children, Rachel Kiser Fuller of Marion, Elizabeth Kiser Brown (Sherman Brown) of Elk Creek and Charles William Kiser (Melissa) of Salem; her grandchildren, Mary Alexandra Fuller (Will Phetterplace) of Newport, NC, Blake Brown of Elk Creek, Virginia, Will Kiser of Salem, Tyler Brown (Stephanie) of Elk Creek and Shannon Brown (Naomi) of Grafenwoehr; her siblings, June Ella Phipps (Dale Phipps) of Independence and Sherrill Worth Spencer; and her parents, John Blake Spencer and Lanta Viola Richardson Spencer.
