He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hart and Gladys McGrady Hart; his siblings, Joe Hart and Delphine Hart; his siblings-in-law, Clara Hart and Ray Kelly; and his nephew Kurk Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Levene S. Hart; his sons, Randy (Karen Hart) and Travis (Jackie Hart); his grandchildren, Autumn, Wade, Jessica, Morgan, Sage and Casey; his great grandchild Sadie; his stepdaughter Angie Norris of Boone, NC; his siblings, Scott Hart of Mouth, Linda Kelly of Mouth, Betty and Dale Blevins of Marion, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Tony Kelly, Greg Kelly, Joey Daniel, Jim Hart, Lisa, Sid Finklea and Kathi Hart.
