It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Allen Blevins of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Blevins and Evelyn Spencer Blevins; and his brother Stanley Blevins. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Houck Blevins; his daughter Amber Blevins; his nephew Doug Blevins of Independence, VA; his cousin Dakotah Blevins; and his great-nephews, Mason and Levi Blevins.

“Allen befriended us before we even moved yp here permanently. He was soft spoken, giving, humorous, and loved his family. We haven't seen him for a few years since we moved.
