She was predeceased by: her parent Zora Kilby Shepherd; and her daughter Angela Dawn Kilby (Robert Williams). She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda (Wesley Buckner), Patricia (Jimmy Lawrence), Linda (Dennis Howell) and Jerry Shepherd of West Jefferson, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
