She was predeceased by : her husband George Cox of Mouth; her parents, Kyle Delp and Imogene Delp of Independence, VA; and her brothers, Tommy of Independence, VA. and Dennis Delp of Independence, VA..

She is survived by : her daughters, Debbie Sturgill (Randy) of Laurel Springs, NC and Polly Owen (Steve) of Kingsport, TN; her brother Bobby Delp of Independence, VA; her grandchildren, Brittany Osborne, Bridgette Sturgill, David Owen, Daniel Owen and Sarah Owen; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Osborne and Madison Spurlock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
