He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Oscar and Gladys Sturgill Osborne; and his sister Virginia "Ginger" Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Thelma A. Blevins Osborne; his daughter Tiffany R. Osborne; his sister Joyce Ann Jones of Woodbridge; his nephew Stewart Jones of Atlanta, GA; and his niece Courtney Jones of Woodbridge, Virginia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
