We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2021, at the age of 90, Charles March Kiser of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife LaVerne Spencer Kiser; his children, Rachel Kiser Fuller of Marion, Elizabeth Kiser Brown (Sherman) of Elk Creek and Charles William Kiser (Melissa) of Salem; his grandchildren, Mary Alex Phetterplace (Will) of Newport, Blake Brown (Jasmine Brannon) of Wytheville, Will Kiser of Salem, Tyler Brown (Stephanie) of Elk Creek and Shannon Brown (Naomi) of Killleen, TX.; and his parents, Charlie Cleveland Kiser and Mary Young Kiser.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rugby Rescue Squad.
