He is survived by: his wife Yarissa González Pagán; his son Mateo Smith Gonzalez; his father Michael Smith; his brother Mahlon Smith; his sister-in-law Nadine; his aunt Celia Walker; and also, Quentin and Jean Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and cousins.
