He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Barker and Katherine Barker; his wife Jacqueline Barker (Jackie); his children, James Barker III, Jason Barker, Alexandria, Nathaniel, Samantha, Catherine Barker, Jeffrey, Christopher, Jake, Lindsey Vayer (Hunter), Andrew, Julia, Michael, Lisa, Heidi, Libby, Nathan, Tyler, Greyson and Asher; and also Amy. He was also cherished by five siblings, two brothers.
