We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2019, at the age of 54, Sarah Patricia Michael Moats (Mount Solon, Virginia), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Hobert E. Michael, Sr.; her siblings, Hobert "Bert" Michael, Jr. and Lavonne Cather; and her father-in-law Lerty Leon Moats. She is survived by: her mother Patricia S. Hunter of Mt. Solon; her husband Johnny L. Moats; her daughter Karissa Hunt (Joseph) of Bridgewater; her grandchildren, Lucas and Madison Hunt; her mother-in-law Brownie A. Moats; her siblings, Kevin Michael, Craig Michael (Sharon), Randy Hunter and Janette Fulton (Bob Knicely); and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Michael, Kathy Crissman (Jimmy) and Fred Cather. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
