It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Virginia Cupp of Mount Solon, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Smith (McCray) and Levi Smith; her children, Judy Gordon and Eddie Cupp; and her son-in-law Melvin Lee Beverage.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Beverage of Staunton, Levi Knott (Teresa) of Mt. Solon, Larry Knott (Donna) of Mt. Solon, Kenneth Knott (Debbie) of Kingsport, TN, Donnie Knott (Amy) of Mt. Solon and Jeff Cupp of Staunton; her brother Bobby Smith of Deerfield; and her son-in-law Douglas Gordon of Churchville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
