Hisey, Jr. and Hilda Baber Lam; his siblings, Ralph Sandy Lam, Glen Roger Lam, Hazel Altizer (George) and Marietta Helphrey (Hal); and his sister-in-law Betty Jean Lam.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Edward Lam (Joyce), Robert William Lam and Jane L. Smith (David); his daughter-in-law Grace Cook Lam; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Steven Lam (Shaina), Caleb Douglas Lam (Courtney), Devan Hisey Coffinberger (David), Jonathan Coy Hisey, Roger Dale Hisey (Lauren), Jessie Palmieri (Steven), Marcie Christensen (Jered) and Favon Dameron; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin, Alex Lam, John Coffinberger, Jonathan Jr., Taylor, Evan, Emily, Benjamin Hisey, Leah, Megan Palmieri, Trevor, Hunter Senabaugh and Delilah Dameron; and his siblings, Frances Shenk (Nelson), Marvin (Mary), Herbert (Lois), Daniel (Linda), Samuel and Dallas Lam (Leanna). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service (208 S Main St, Bridgewater, VA 22812). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Olivet United Brethren Church (862 Free Mason Run Rd, Mt Solon, VA 22843).
