He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Estelle Wine (Kiracofe); and his daughter Jessica Garst. He is survived by: his father Ray Wine of Mt. Solon; his children, Jaclyn Caricofe (Brian) of Mount Solon, Beth Campbell (Darren) of Hinton and Bill Skelton (Jess) of Mount Solon; his sister Katrina Davis; his grandchildren, Jackson Garst, Taylor Skelton, Willie Skelton and Joshua Caricofe; his nephew Spenser Davis; and his stepmother Edna Mae Wine.
