He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Erman Hoover and Cleo Virginia Hoover (Harold); his significant others, Excavating and Annie Redifer; his siblings, Margaret Waggy, Erma Jean Sager, Mary Frances Batterman, Anna Lee Simmers, David Hoover and Edward Hoover; and his half-sister Cathleen Wilfong.
