He is survived by: his parents, Bob Cook and Geraldine Cook (Sheffer) of Bridgewater; his children, Kayla Cook of Bridgewater and Drew Cook of Ruckersville; his brother Jeff Cook; his grandchildren, Haven, Mason, Kohen and Tallulah; and his close friend Priscilla Shifflett.
