It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Daniel (Mount Solon, Virginia), born in Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest B. Terry and Flora E. Terry (James); her brother Vincent J. "Skip" Terry; her brother-in-law David L. Olsen; and her niece Laurie Lee Thomas.
She is survived by: her spouse Winfield S. Daniel; her daughter Susan D. Michael (Todd); her granddaughter Hollie M. Cappo (Jason); her stepmother Sylvia Rawley; her siblings, Michael W. Terry (Anita), Anthony T. Terry (Carolyn), Christine T. Goodman (John) and Paula R. Wilfong (Dale); her sister-in-law Annie Laurie Olsen; and her nieces and nephews, D. Scott Olsen, C. Mark Phibbs, Jr., Steven Phibbs, Tommy Terry, Bill Terry, Ben Terry, Bradley Wilfong, Nancy Ruben and Annabelle Terry.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a. m. Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Mt. Olivet United Brethren Church Cemetery, 862 Free Mason Run Road, Mt. Solon by Reverend John Sullivan officiating. (Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all current guidelines and restrictions will be followed.).
In lieu of flowers, the family requested that memorials be made to Mt. Olivet United Brethren Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Dallas Lam, 87 Barger Lane, Mt. Solon, Virginia 22843.
