She was predeceased by: her parent Lucy Jane (Simmons); her siblings, Eva Siron, Stella Kincaid, William Puffenbarger and Ernest Puffenbarger; and her former husband Jack.
She is survived by: her parent John Olin Puffenbarger; her children, Nancy Jane Benner (Jeryl) of Rockingham and Jeff Rawley (Lisa) of Mt; her grandchildren, Tim Rawley (Andrea), Justin Rawley, Phillip, Alexis and Michael Benner; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Rawley, Drew Rawley and Lexie Rawley; and also Solon.
