Yankey of Mount Solon, Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ressie Dare (Dove) and Eston Douglas Yankey; his son Carl Lee Yankey; his siblings, Lennis Faye Ritchie and Leonard Yankey, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Ray Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Yankey (Huffman); his son Wesley Eston Yankey (Julia) of Mt. Solon; his sisters, Mary Ellen Foster of Bridgewater and Carol Jean Getz of Broadway; his brother-in-law Dewey Ritchie of Broadway; and his grandchildren, Natalie and Timothy Yankey.
