We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 76, Roger Lee Monger of Mount Sidney, Virginia, born in Elkton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Whitney Monger, Sr. and Irene Harriet Monger (Hensley); and his brother Gary Paige Monger, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Meadows; his children, Dixie Garber (Mike) of Timberville, Jim Monger (Sara) of Richmond, Mary Louise Rose (Jonny) of Weyers Cave, Eve Monger of Port Republic and Bryan Monger of Richmond; his brother L. W. Monger, Jr. (Billie Jo) of Elkton; and his grandchildren, Savannah Tanner, Susannah Garber, Pierce Tanner, Will Garber, Jack Garber, Katherine Garber, Jasmine Monger and Marissa Hansbrough.
