He was predeceased by: his parents, David Elvin and Mae Cline (Reed); his wife Helen Mae Kennedy; and his brothers, Harold Garland, Stanley Reed and David Olin Cline.
He is survived by: his son Kevin Kennedy Cline (Jana Napier-Cline); his grandchildren, Kendall, Chase, Carissa and Chad Cline; his great grandchild Arabella Mae Folweiler; and his close friend Janie Masincupp.
