He is survived by: his children, Timothy Paul Foley of Pueblo and Cynthia Foley Morris of Colorado Springs; his siblings, David Foley (Lori) of Oklahoma, Hampton W. Foley (Mabel) of Virginia, Ronald Foley of Virginia, Leatrice Grubb of Virginia, Arnesa Lind (Carl) of Virginia, Patricia Quillen (Stan) of Virginia and Kathy Bennett of West Virginia; and his former wife Peggy Hise Foley of Pueblo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
