She is survived by: her parent Ruth Louise Cook (Perlich); and her children, William Cook Coiner of Los Angeles, CA, Jean Altis (Rick) of Mt. Sidney and Nancy Louise Turbeville (Tony) of Bayonne, France. She is also survived by 3 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 4 great-grandsons; 1 honorary great-grandson; and a niece and nephew.
