Fulks (Ike); his siblings, Drexel Fulks and Almeda Baker; the mother of his children Gloria Combs; his wife Elizabeth Wylie Fulks; his children, Angela Fulks Sipe (Steve) of Weyers Cave, VA and Tony Fulks of Weyers Cave, VA.; his grandchildren, Blake Sipe of Weyers Cave, Shane Sipe of Weyers Cave, Noah Fulks (Haley) of Verona and Cassie Fulks of Harrisonburg; and his siblings, Randall Fultz (Nancy) of Smithfield, VA, Kelly Fultz (Barbara) of Mooresville, NC, Ronnie Fulks (Linda) of Norton, VA., Jean Hanson of Kingsport, TN and Glenda Cassell (Jerl) of Wise.
