She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Smith of Martinsburg, W. V; her grandsons, Calvin Smith of Martinsburg, WV, Jacob Smith of Martinsburg, WV and India Watson of Martinsburg, WV; her stepgrandson Gabe Sales-Smith (Donna Sales-Smith); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Gabriella Sales-Smith and Ethan Sales-Smith.
