It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Foley of Mount Jackson, Virginia, born in Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence S. Foley and Betty S. Ward Foley; and his brothers, Terry, Gary, Larry and Jamie.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Foley (Susie) of New Market and Allan Foley of Mt. Jackson.
