He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sheetz and Frances Grant Sheetz. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Carrie Sheetz (Matthew Cox) and Philip Lee Sheetz Jr. (Nicole Sheetz); his sister Janet Sheetz; his grandchildren, Graycee Cox, Elias Sheetz and Callie Sheetz; and his nieces, Dana Dodson and Lorrie Newland.
