He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Melba Landis Siever; and his siblings, Roger D. Siever and Linda Lindamood. He is survived by: his wife Velda Rae Williams; and his children, Susan Kearns, Sharon Ogden, Deborah Baker, Thomas Siever, Delores See, Cynthia Martin, Meade Siever Jr. and Kenny Siever. He is also survived by four stepchildren; 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
