He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Edward Narcross, Sr. and Sarah Jane Burdette Narcross; and his brother Freeman Edward Narcross, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friends, Tom Estep, Sr. and Elizabeth Gossert; his daughter Kimberly Ann Stafford; his siblings, Janie Narcross Kwedar (Billy) and Charles Allen Narcross (Michele); his sister-in-law Judy Narcross; his nephews, William (Jessica), Todd (Erica) and Jeffrey (Alissa); his niece Hannah; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Tanner, Parker, Lydia and Ryleigh. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Orkney Springs Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
