She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston C. Ballenger and Marion C. Furr Ballenger; her husband Carlyle A. Tobin; her children, Barbara J. Kinder, Winston Tobin, Brenda Cross and Wesley Tobin; her grandchildren, Sandra Parham and Denny Dennis; and her siblings, Rosela Cameron and Ola Mae Cornell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paulette Dennis of Mt. Jackson and Karen Brown of Strasburg; and her sisters, Charlotte Cameron of Culpeper, Irene O'Brian of Warrenton, Patricia Marcey of Basye and Helen Yows of West Lake, California.. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 15 great, great grandchildren.
